New Delhi(web team): An uproar over the controversial land bill, which was tabled in the Lok Sabha on Monday, is likely to happen even today as BJP prepares for Land Bill war.

Opposing tooth and nail the land acquisition bill to replace the new ordinance, Congress on Monday gave clear indications that it expects the government to send it to the Standing Committee of Parliament.

Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi in his first speech in the Budget Session on Monday, said the government was "ignoring" the farming community and favouring the industrialists and rich people, which was a "blunder" as the farmers will "harm" BJP in future.

Parliament  session begins today. I look forward to a productive session, filled with constructive debates on several issues.
