New Delhi(ANI): In a major victory for the Aam Aadmi Party-led government in the national capital, the Delhi High Court on Friday directed the Haryana government to release the city's share of water.
After the verdict, Delhi Chief Minister took to twitter to express his satisfaction.
"Delhi High Court directs Haryana to release Delhi's share of water. Congrats Delhiites. I hope water situation wud be better these summers," he tweeted.

Earlier, Kejriwal accused the BJP government in Haryana of reducing the water supply to the national capital through the Munak Canal.
However, Haryana Agriculture Minister Om Prakash Dhankhar denied Kejriwal's allegations, asserting that his state's supply of water to Delhi had not diminished. He further alleged that Delhi was 'wasting' the water supplied to it.
